Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

1481 in storage?
Hi I'am looking to see if anyone has donor #1481 in storage and be willing to transfer for ivf into my account I had a daughter with that donor back in 2005 and used cryo lab and now he is no longer a donor.

I'm not sure if anyone has any spare vials. I know a few people were hoping for second children with the last few ones.
I don't think many of the members on this board check it often. You may get a faster response from our Yahoo group:
