We have a beautiful daughter and would love to add to our family someday not too far in the future. Is 4122 still donating or will he have sperm available in the near future?

Donor 4122 is no longer donating specimens. However, there are several options available to you.

CLI offers waitlists for clients who are looking for vials. If you haven't already looked into this option, please check out the CLI website http://www.cryolab.com/waitlistFaqs.shtml for more information. Client services will be able to help determine if this option would be available for this donor and your situation.

Another option may be the Donor Reactivation program which is available only to patients seeking additional children by the same donor. Our Donor Reactivation program will attempt to locate, re-screen and re-qualify the donor, collect and quarantine the donor specimens for six months. After the 6 month quarantine period, the donor will be re-tested. Following negative test results, specimens will be made available for insemination. CLI cannot guarantee that the requested donor will be available for participation in the Donor Reactivation program. A donor search fee, processing fee, infectious disease testing fee and specimen storage fee is required prior to initiation of the search. The fees typically amounts to several thousand dollars.

Client services will be able able to answer more detailed questions about these programs by calling 1-800-466-2796.
