2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

I was thinking the same thing! How is the pregnancy going?? When are you due again?!
Summer has been busy...more busy working than anything else.
How's your pumpkin Emma?! Milan turned 2 last month! We are actually taking her to see a ENT Specialist to check out her tonsils and other stuff. She has developed a running nose that has not stopped in like 2 months! She has some seasonal allergies.
I am due Nov 9th. Doing good, all kinds of weird pressure and things going on the worries me but otherwise my belly is always jumping all over.
Aside from having the flu, then strep plus colds inbetween im doing good.
