Donor 4116 is under medical investigation (At the time of this posting 8/18/11)
Cryogenic Laboratories, Inc. has received a report of a reaction post insemination from a patient using donor 4116. The donor has been placed into Investigation so that we can do a complete evaluation of the doctor’s report of the patient and her current intimate partner. We have already reviewed all of the infectious disease testing and screening data for this donor and have verified that all of his samples have the appropriate and required testing to ensure their safety. We believe that this is an isolated incident but must complete a thorough investigation of the issue.

This donor was removed from investigation on 8/30/11. We reviewed all of the infectious disease testing and screening data for this donor and the testing results verified that all of his samples have the appropriate and required testing to ensure their safety.
