Hi Extended Family-I am new to this forum, excited and nervous at the same time. I am looking to connect with others who have used the same donor as my ex and I. We have a beautiful, amazing 8 year old little girl. We are ready to talk to her about where she came from and how we conceived her. Does anyone have any feedback for us on how to proceed with introducing this perhaps touchy subject with her. I really don't know what effect it will have on her and how to tell her in a way that won't scare her or hurt her. Thank you for any help, suggestions and feedback!
