Hi I used donor 4122 for my IUI... My son was born 6-25-11...
I'm planning on going back for another IUI with the same donor when my son turns 1 year.

We also conceived with 4122 on first try IUI; baby girl born in Aug. 2010. Recently asked CLI Moderator about future sperm availability and was told that he is no longer active They suggested using the donor reactivation option for siblings however the cost for that is pretty steep so we are not sure what we will do!
