Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Donor Siblings?
I am currently pregnant with a baby boy, and due summer 2012. Last I checked, donor 2961 has between 5-10 successful pregnancies. I do not know what role I want the other families to play in my son's life, but I am curious if any of you are out there. I hope that all of your children are happy and healthy!

I'm not sure what situation led your families to seek out a sperm donor. In my case, I am a single mom by choice. I just never met Mr. Right, and I was worried that if I waited too long, I wouldn't be able to have children. I am now about 6 weeks away from having my son, and so curious what he will be like.
