Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Donor 4115
I have a daughter by this donor born in July 2010. I am interested in connecting with parents of offspring from this donor. I am also seeking vials for this inactive donor or embryos conceived of this donor. I would love to give my daughter a sibling. The egg donor I used to have my daughter is not available so I would really like to have the same sperm donor for my second child. At 42, I know I need to T42 as soon as I can. I'm hopeful that this forum will connect us.
