Donor 2986 or 2674

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anybody has used donors 2986 or 2674? I have narrowed down my choices to these two and would love to hear if others have had any success with them. Thanks so much!

We used donor 2986 four times and none of them took. We are now looking for a new donor. Good luck!

Hi I hope I am not posting twice since I already responded earlier today but it isn't showing up. I just wanted to share our experience with 2986. My RE was said his number were good but unfortunately all 4 cycle we tried with him did not take. We are now in the process of selecting a new donor. Good luck!

Thanks so much for the reply Kristi. I 'm sorry to here that y'all didn't have success with 2986. This donor actually does not have anymore ICI or IUI vials left (only IVF) so I'm going to have to find out from my fertility doctor if I would even be able to use the IVF vials (I'm assuming so if I just purchased 2 or 3). I still would like to be able to try this donor because he was mine and my partners favorite. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of insemination did y'all try with this donor?

We had 4 iui's. Everything looked great but unfortunately it just didn't work for us. We will either try another iui with a different donor or possible IVF with the same donor. I am just unsure of what to do.

Well hopefully it will take only one more try for y'all. Lots of baby dust! I just wish that donor 2986 had more vials of either ICI or IUI to purchase. I might end up having to go with another donor myself.

Hi there! Any pregnancies from donor 2986? My partner and I are currently pregnant (couple days shy of 16 weeks) with this donor and would love to connect with others that used him as well. We decided to use this donor for a second time (our first pregnancy with him ended in a miscarriage at 12 weeks) and were lucky enough to conceive on the first attempt again. We are thrilled that this pregnancy is going great and would love to here from others. Thanks!

Hi there admill99! First off let me congratulate you on your pregnancy, that's wonderful! I'm so happy to finally hear from someone who has used this donor and is pregnant! I've posted on the sibling registry and cryobank facebook page looking for others whom I could find who have used this donor and haven't been able to connect with anyone so I'm thrilled you posted on here! We were finally able to purchase 5 vials of donor 2986 last year due to someone returning some vials which was fantastic! We used 2 vials doing IUI insemination with our first pregnancy which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage and 2 vials with our second pregnancy in which now we have a beautiful 3 month old baby boy.
