    I know this is a long shot but we are about to have our first IUI with this donor and was wanting to see if you had any luck with donor. Would love to hear from you.

    I have had 1 IUI and it was not successful but we are about to try again with my next period with same donor. I plan on changing up a bit and doing 2 back to back IUI 1 approx 12-16 hours post trigger and 1 approx 36 hours post trigger just to make sure there are spermies there when I ovulate. Are you doing a medicated cycle ?

    I am in the middle of a medicated cycle, just took my trigger shot tonight and will do the insemination Saturday morning, then the 2ww.

    I had my first IUI 2 months ago without success and used donor 1966. Since, I have bought 4 vials of Donor 5327 and getting ready to do our 2nd IUI (but only the first with 5327) on June 12th. SUPER EXCITED!!! :) We are using Clomid 100mg and HCG shot will be given right before insemination. So many talk about doing these shots hours before and after?...Well anyways, Wondering if anyone out there has had success with this donor and can share baby photos?? would love to see them! :)
