Is there a guarantee on sperm motility? What is the minimum sperm motility that is accepted for IUI?

The CLI Specimen Quality Standard is as follows:

IUI : 10 million/vial, Pre-washed vials, ready for intrauterine insemination (IUI)
ICI: 18 million/vial, Ready for intracervical insemination (ICI) or can be washed for IUI specimen
IVF: 5 million/vial, Ready for ICI or can be washed for use as an IUI or IVF with/without ICSI
