Updated information about donor 4123

We wanted to notify you that the donor has unexpectedly passed away following an automobile accident. He was an ID Option donor and many of our clients specifically select ID Option donors because these donors have agreed to have their name and contact information released to children who request it once they reach the age of 18. If you do have a child by donor 4123 and registered them with the Birth Registration Form, we will still provide them the donor name and other identifying information on request once they turn 18 years old.
