2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Clomid challenge test??
I've been struggling with infertility for several years and my RE always felt I was a great candidate for IVF. Now that 40 is just around the corner, she is suggesting I go through the clomid challenge test.
Can anyone give me some advice as to what this is and what I may expect from it? The nurse at my RE's office says it's a "kick start" to my ovaries, but I've also read horror stories where an insurance company will refuse IVF if I don't "pass" this test.
