transferring vials?

I was wondering if someone is willing to transfer their vials to someone else and the donor is sibling only is that an issue? I checked your transfer policy page and didn't see anything pertaining to sibling only donors. thank you!

Here is our website on Transfer of Ownership.

"Please be aware that in order to proceed with a transfer of ownership for a donor that is Sibling Only, the recipient of the vials must have a reported birth on file."
