Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

2 vials of Donor 4323
I have two IUI vials of donor number of 4323 in storage and looking to sell at a reduced price. Donor is CLI ID Options (if your child so chooses at 18 he can get donors contact information). Not sure how that would transfer. Will have contact Cryogenic Labs for that information. Being a single mom already, I wanted another child but then decided it is not the right time. If anyone is interested please feel free to contact me. I am only going to keep them in storage for maybe 2 months or so, so if interested please let me know ASAP.
