Starting the process, looking for advise

Hello,

My wife and I are starting the process of building our family and we are looking for any and all advise.

Selecting a donor, at home, going to the doctors for IUI... Really any insight

I am a full Italian and my wife is a mix of different races (white girl) we are looking for a Italian donor, if anyone has any recommendations.
