Inactive donors
Dear Cryogenics
If the donor is Inactive and then decides to donate again how would I know if this option becomes available? I noticed donor 4422 was only available for a short time and do you expect vials in the future or others selling back vials? Thank you! Angie

You can place your name on a CLI waitlist for that donor and only if units are returned from storage (units that have never left our facility) will they be offered to those on the waitlist to buy. Unfortunately, we never know when someone will sell back vials. Client services will be happy to assist you with more details about our waiting list.
