Very new....lots of questions...

Hi all,

My husband and I are very, very new to this. We have two donors we like, but their ICI vials say currently unavailable. Does this mean they could be available in a few months or does this usually take longer?
Also, how has your experience been? Customer service and help-wise? We want a bank that will be helpful since we're nervous about our "first time."

I have had a great experience with Cryogenic's they have always been very helpful !! You can also get IFV samples and use for ICI you just have to use more samples per insemination since the quanity is less but the quality is exactly the same as ICI. What type of insemination are you doing ? We got ICI the first 3 attempts and just used the 1 per IUI this time I changed donors and found one that they were running a great deal on for IVF and we are using that for the IUI after my doctor has the lab wash the sample.
