Is there a certain age the sperm hits and its no longer sold? I was surprised to get the paperwork on our recent order to find it was older then both of my kids together. I was also disappointed to see the motility barely hitting the minimum.

Cryopreserved specimens, when properly stored, will remain viable for an indefinite amount of time. Pregnancies have been reported for cases in which the sperm has been stored for 20 years prior to thawing and insemination. The quality of the thawed specimen is not linked to the amount of time it was frozen.
Client services will be happy to help you with our specimen quality assurance. Please contact CLI at 1-800-466-2796.
