1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Donor #4580
This is new to me and I am just starting my journey on this road. Hopefully it will be a short road. I was wondering if anyone has used this donor. I am currently looking to connect with other women who have used him or have had children by this donor. I originally wanted to use Donor #4444 but he is currently out of vials. They have told me that they are in quarantine and they do not know when they will come out so I having to find a back up donor. I am looking at Donor # 4580 and #4432.
