Searching for half-siblings or donor

Hello,

I don't really know for sure if my donor was through CLI, but I'm hoping to discover information any way possible. I was born December of 1984 in Minnesota and I'm in search of any possible half-siblings I may have or my actual donor. My main reason for finding this is to discover any medical issues, but also to find that missing link.

If any of you have conceived or donated around this time in Minnesota, please don't hesitate to reply.
