Follow these steps to join a private donor group

Once you have searched and found the group with your number, click the Join button

A box will pop up asking "Why do you want to join?"

Please answer with these details and then click OK

• Name (under which the vial was purchased)
• Email
• Clinic Name
• Donor number
• Child Date of Birth
