Hi

We are a couple living in Switzerland. We want to make an ICSI in a clinic in Brussels/Belgium. Do you deliver to that country?
If yes, what would the delivery approximately cost???

Thanks and kind regards

There is an other issue I want to ask you.

Let's say I have ordered donor sperms from Fairfax Cryobank. The sperms will be shipped in nitrogen container to Brussels/Belgium by FedEx. The physician will receive the container and he will take the sperms out from the container. Do the physician has to send back the deposited container to Fairfax by he's own initiative or is FedEx coming back to take the container? If the physician has to send back the container, in what time period should he send it back? Is there a time limit?

And my next question is the following. Can you give me some technical specifications of these nitrogen containers you use for shipping internationally? For me is important to know what the holding time and maximum maintaining temperature of this container is... These informations are very important for me.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Best regards
    Nazmi

Fairfax Cryobank recommends that physicians send the tank back within a few days of using the specimens. A prepaid return airbill will be included with the tank, however the clinic will need to contact FedEx (number provided on airbill) to pick up the tank. If the tank is not returned within 30 days there is a $90/month charge (more information at http://fairfaxcryobank.com/fees2010.shtml). It should be returned within 30 days to avoid late tank fee’s.

Fairfax Cryobank ships all international shipments in a SC4/3V tank with a guaranteed hold time of 14 days. For more information about these shipping tanks you can visit this site http://www.cryodepot.com/Vapor%20Series.pdf.

If you have additional questions about shipping please contact client services at 1-800-338-8407. They will be happy to help you further.
