Hello. We are having a problem with Fedex right now. We paid for overnight Saturday delivery to our home. Our shipment was supposed to arrive by no later than 12:30 pm. That time passed by so we looked up the account online and it said it was in Tennessee and there was a question mark on the arrival date. We need the specimens today - no later than tommorow and they are not being very helpful. They said it was lost and they cannot locate the package right now. Have there ever been issues like this in the past and do you have any suggestions for us? Thanks.

We are so sorry to hear about your difficulties with your shipment. It is a rare occassion when FedEx has trouble delivering our packages and it is usually due to weather related issues. Please call client services at 1-800-338-8407 on Monday to help find and reschedule your delivery.
