Tests and Analysis for Physicians

Me and my wife are living in Switzerland and we want to make an ISCI treatment with donor sperms in Belgium. We bought a vial sperms from one of your donor. Now the clinic in Belgium asks for some tests to accept the treatment with donor sperms from another spermbank then theirs. We want to know, what documentation you send to the physicians/clinics who is going to order donor sperms from your bank. The clinic in Belgium did ask us to deliver following test results (the following tests and analysis have to be done per belgium law):

- a confirmation of age of the donor (must be between 18 - 45)
- a semen analysis and a spermocytogram (morphological study of spermatozoa)
- blood test with following analysis: HBs Ag (Hepatitis B virus surface antigen), Ac antiHBs (antibody to HBsAg), Ac antiHBc (antibody to HBcAg), Hep C Ac (Hepatitis C antibody), HIV, Syphilis, Blood type, Karyotype, Cystic fibrosis
- PCR test for Chlamydia trachomatis performed on urine

Please can you let us know, if all the above listed tests/analysis results will be delivered to the physicians/clinics who is going to order semens from your bank. If not, is it possible to deliver these results if the physician/clinic asks for them???

Fairfax Cryobank will send test results of the donor with the shipment. We can also mail or fax results prior to shipment if necessary.
All our donors are age 18-39 and we do a complete semen analysis on each specimen.
We test all our current donors for the medical tests you require. However, due to test availability at the time of donation, a given donor may not have been tested for the tests by the methodology you require. Please call Fairfax Cryobank client services at 1-800-338-8407 to verify the donor of choice meets your required testing prior to shipping.

Do you also deliver the test results to the client prior the shipment? Or do you deliver them only to the pyhsician/clinic? We are asking for it, because we need the documentation to convince the clinic in belgium to use the donor semen we have bought from your sperm bank. We would appreciate to get the test results prior the shipment.
