Gorgeous 3 yr old gal via donor 2518

I'm a SMC (as a last resort) and searched hard and long for the perfect donor, one that was "well rounded". Coming from a very athletic background, I definitely wanted a donor that excelled in sports. I finally found the donor of my dreams, and that was donor 2518.

On May 14th, 2007 (1 month early due to HELLP Syndrome) I gave birth to a baby girl, Hannah. (See picture below, today @ age 3) She's a very advanced little girl.... She started walking at 9 months, talked in full sentences when she was 1, very agile, and her motor skills are through the roof! She's very healthy and happy, I have a lot to give thanks for!

I was bummed out when I found out that donor 2518 was pulled from the shelves due to some common medical issues with the offspring, and unfortunately had to use another donor for her twin brother & sister. BUT...it's all good because she has beautiful & healthy siblings.

Anyway.... thank golly for sperm donors, otherwise I probably would not have these loves in my life right now!!

Your daughter is absolutely adorable!!!! Children are definitely a blessing!!! congrats on your family... and cudos to you for doing it alone... I too have 3 children, a 2.5yr old boy and twins (boy and girl) that will be one on feb 11,2011. They are exhausting and rewarding all at the same time lol.... But I would'nt change a thing!

Aimee I also have a child from donor 2518. Ryan is 8 years old and (of course) the greatest kid ever! I showed him the picture you posted of Hannah and his heart melted! He said mom "she looks like me!"

I also have a son with this donor. He is 7 now and I am curious how many siblings he has. I noticed that my son has similar features and could easily pass as this beautiful girl's brother.
