Donor 4174

jaiparijaipari Junior Member Junior Member
Good Morning,

I am probably going to go through IVF next month with Donor 4174 but I have not seen any reported pregancies yet...

This donor's supply is always not available and the waitlist is full - who out there has used 4174? Any luck?

It would be great to know before my procedure.

Thanks!

    Hello Jaipari,
We as well have purchased vials from Donor 4174 (15). We will begin trying through IUI in a few months. We wish you lots of luck and hope we can share sucess stories very soon :)

Thank you for replying mazzomoms! It's good to know that you have purchased that many and still haven't tried yet...gives me a little more confidence towards this donor...

Anyone else who have purchased but not yet tried?

Any information on donor 4174 would be greatly appreciated...my day is drawing near! :P

    Thank you!

He seems to be very popular! We were on a waiting list for quite awhile. Please, let us know how it goes!! :-)

Well, after two blood tests from the doctor confirming that the HCG has doubled, which it did from 830 to 1760, I'm considered pregnant! Wooowhooo! So all you soon to be moms can rest assured that Donor 4174 is a viable donor option! :D

Please let me know how you all make out, too, and I'll keep you updated on my progress; I have an ultrasound on the 23rd to find out if I'm having twin! :)

    Take care!

Had ultrasound. One strong heartbeat at 124 bpm. Starting to feel queasy.
    Anyone else have any updates?

    Congratulations Jaipari!

I hope your pregnancy is going well and you aren't experiencing too many crazy symptoms.

We are still hoping to use donor 4174 and I'm wondering if you have any additional information on him. I've purchased his baby photo but nothing else.

    Thanks and good luck!

If you could ask your donor anything before making that final decision, what would it be?

Or now that you have a child, what do you wish you could ask your donor?

I'd like to use this donor...I've been trying with another donor, but now think I should switch. But there's a waiting list for #4174...and Fairfax isn't taking anymore names for the waiting list. Does anyone know if he will be available soon?

Hi do you have any extra vials of 4174 that you would be willing to part with? Thank you!
  • tljtlj Junior Member Junior Member
Does anyone have extra vials stored at Fairfax for donor 4174 that they are willing to sell? I have a limited number and my RE suggests that I will need additional vials for future IVF cycles. I can accept IUI, ICI, or IVF. Thank you so much, and feel free to reach out to me by this thread or through private message.

Also, if any other folks out there have had positive or challenging experiences, pregnancies, births or children with donor 4174, I would very much appreciate hearing from you! Thanks!
