Shipping exclusively to Home

Hello,

I am new and I wanted to find out if Fairfax would allow a client to ship sperm directly to the home? I am interested in home inseminations for 4 - 6 months before I even think about working with a Doctor. Is this an option w/Fairfax? Thanks a bunch for your response in advance. :)
:D

Can I perform the procedure at home?
Fairfax Cryobank does require clients to have a physician since this is a medical procedure.

At the time of your order, you will need to have your health care provider's name, address, and phone number. Once your health care professional establishes an account with Fairfax Cryobank we can arrange for donor sperm to be shipped to any location, however, you will need to have authorization from your physician if it is being shipped to your home. Please ask your physician to contact customer service and we will fax them the Home Delivery Consent Form. The form must be completed by your physician and faxed to customer service before an order is placed. Instructions for performing the procedure and equipment should be obtained from your physician.
