Donor now, ICSI later?

My husband has such a low sperm count that ICSI is our only hope of having a biological child. We cannot afford ICSI right now as I am in medical school and living on my husband's income and student loans. We banked some of his sperm thinking that we could use it later when we can afford ICSI, but we want our first child now. Has anyone else had any experience with having one child using a donor and another "biological" child?
