First IUI

I had a fantastic IUI experience! I didn't experience any cramping (other than two isolated cramping incidents about 2-3 hours after the IUI which felt a lot like ovulation cramping to me), pain, discomfort, or anything at all really. That being said I think it's totally normal to experience some cramping. Starting several days later I did experience some pressure in my abdomen, but I really don't know that I can attribute it to the IUI or something else. My doctor put me on Crinone, which is a progesterone suppository. I have had every symptom in the book on that stuff, and it's pretty darn gross to top it all off, but I don't mind so much if it ends in a successful and healthy pregnancy! Best of luck to you!

I think with the Endometrin I'm just more concerned about the moodiness since that is one of the side effects. But whatever it takes :D My poor partner I already feel bad for!!!

Hey Regan! Thank you for your comment back :) My insurance does not cover the Endometrin. It's $100 for a ten day supply. Does your insurance cover yours? I feel like with Endometrin that after abo. ut 6 hours a moderate amount of chalky discharge comes out! I know TMI but, it's pretty gross. Your lucky to not have the side effects. I feel most of them already. Especially fatigue and mood swings!! My poor partner :? So I have been so stressed about wondering if the insemination worked or not and took a OTC test. There was a faint pink line, but I also took it in the afternoon so we will see with first morning urine sample.
