So I'm 1 month post MC and was wondering where AF was. Well I found her today and she just so happened to show up on what would have been my 4 year wedding anniversary (even though I am happily divorced.) At first I was like "wow that's mean" but then I thought about it again and it has given me the motivation to move onward and upward! I believe this is my "sign". So for all the ladies out there on the journey alone if you have no motivation today to move forward just know that I had it for you I'm excited that I will be trying again next month and I am determined to hit a home run! So keep your head up ladies! We'll make it with determination!!!
I love having these boards to come vent to with people that really understand what's involved in this journey.

I'm doing good! I'm back to yoga and acupuncture and my AF finally showed last week so on the next AF visit I will be doing IUI #4 with fingers crossed! Work is pretty stressful and I want a vacation bad but I've got to save my pennies so maybe later:)
Hope you get thru your 2WW without going nuts! Can't wait for the results! When will you have your beta?
I need some encouragement and support right now! My wait for the blood work results is finally over and it was unsettling news! My FSH level was 8 in february and this month it was 72! NOT GOOD!! My doctor reodered the blood work and here is hoping for different results. Your FSH should be under 11. The range for pre menopause is between 23-116...... With mine being 72 it is a little scary! We are hoping that because we did the bloodwork so soon after the injectibles that is what is causing the spike but I have to be realistic that might not be the reason! I have one ovary and the doc said that it is unusual to go from 8 in february to 72 in 4 months. He is hoping that it was not an accurate test but also said that he was hoping that if that was not the reason then he hopes it is just a temporary failure of my ovary. He said that he has seen women get pregnant with an FSH level of 23 but not with 72 (at least not with their own egg). So I asked worst case scenario (thats how I am prepare for the worst and hope for the best!) Worst case, I have to use donor egg and donor sperm and have to do IVF, this would cost like $18000. My insurance will cover IVF but not sure if it will cover IVF with donor egg..... some one in the office is supposed to be calling me to let me know what my options are. I had another blood test yesterday and am to go in when AF arrives to get another blood test done. I asked the doc what I can do in the meantime and he said PRAY! So I am (I've been doing that since day one) but I would like to ask all of you to send a little prayer up for me.... praying that my one ovary starts working again. Menopause is supposed to come in your fifties not your thirties. My doc said bet you never thought you'd here me say you were too young!! I needed the laughter to help me through this becasue if I don't laugh then I am going to cry .
So here's to positive thoughts and prayers that my one ovary kicks it back into gear! and to positive results for all of you!!
Moe, I'm sending up lots of prayers for you and a big fat BFP on tuesday!!!
latebloomer, goodluck in the next 6 weeks!!!! Hoping for a BFP for you too
robin
I just wanted you to know that I and many other women on here will be thinking of you. You have always seemed so positive to me through your journey and I encourage you to keep praying, keep you head in the game and try not to get to sad and discouraged. It will all work out for you..i just know it! I will be lighting a candle for you on Sunday!
Charlotte
Thanks for the positive thoughts and lighting the candle for me! I will be doing the same on Sunday! I am keeping my thoughts positive and am praying all the time I have asked my friend to put me on her churchs prayer chain and am sure that it will happen for me soon!
Robin
Robin, it will happen for you! That ovary will get its act together and do right. The body is amazing and I'm praying for your situation to turn around. Stay strong! Know in your heart it will happen.
Lots of sticky baby dust to all!
Oh my Beta is in 3 days (Tues). Hoping for a BFP and sticky, healthy bean!
