Happy Labor Day Everybody..
I hope you are all having a great weekend and hopefully enjoying a long weekend or at least a day off today
I spent my weekend a little restless and found myself at Barnes and Noble on Saturday looking for a good book to take the edge off..well i ended up drawn to the "infertiitly" section..WHY..I DONT KNOW ?!?
I stumbled upon a really great book it is call The Conception Chronicles. It is written by a couple of women who have personally dealt with infertility. It is very different from other books I have read..this one is very real and I didnt feel nervous while reading it. I actually finished it in an afternoon and it made me feel like there was still hope for us..all of us! They dont spend much time talking about using a donor but they did through out a stat that I think you would agree is very comforting..80% of all couples who use donor sperm will achieve pregnancy (according to RESOLVE)..it may just take many cycles. SEE that sounds a lot better than all the other stats that are thrown our way!
