14 Days Post IUI

I'm knew to this process and was overly optimistic. It has been 14 days after my first IUI and my pregnancy tests have been negative but I haven't started my cycle yet. The suspense has been killing me for the past two weeks. I'm not sure if the tests worked properly or if I'm doing somethign wrong. Has anyone else faced this problem? :?

My doc has me take a hpt 16 days post trigger shot. I think that is so I won't get a false positive. Most months my af hasn't come till after the 16 days. Last month my af came the night before I was supposed to test. I would say hold out hope. Until you get the official word from the doc or af arrives.

Hpt's are pretty accurate. Are you testing in the morning before your first pee? That is the best time to test especially so early in the process. That is when you will have the most hcg in your system! I know the tww is sometimes agonizing and feels like months! Just breath and know this will happen! It may not be this month but it will happen!

It will happen for you, just keep the faith. I got my BFP this month after 8 months of trying and 4 iui's!
