Donor specials???

Is anyone else a club Fairfax member? Have you noticed that they don't do the "monthly special" that they promised? Also I never notice any other specials either. And they are using the same featured donors month after month. This is bugging me. I mean come on!! Sorry had to vent!!

    They seemed to be better at the beginning of the year. My favorite one was the free shipping! Lets hope they bring that back soon!

    I agree with you- it IS frustrating! Someone told me last month that they once had a special for "buy one vial get second 50% off" and I would LOVE to see that come back, again... Especially with the holidays fast-approaching!

    Lol. Yep hopeful! I was hoping they'd take a hint..lol. I still have two vials chilling at my docs but still...I'd like to be tempted...lol.

    Too funny! I wasn't even thinking about them reviewing this/my post when I typed that but... I'm right there with you! I'm prepping for my first IUI within the next 2 months and I'd DEFINITELY buy more than one vial at a time, if they ran a similar special. Heck- I'd probably buy 3 at full price + 3 at 50% off if they ran a BOGO and I'd use their facility for monthly storage, considering it seems like 6 is the magical number for average attempts!! ;)

    Fairfax Cryobank does send out specials out each month for Club Fairfax. This month is 3 months free storage for an order placed into storage during the month of October. In addition 2 club previews for new Fairfax donors were sent this month and 1 for last month. Last month was ½ off adult/lifetime photos.

    We have had this issue in the past with other clients and we were able to determine that the emails were going to the spam account OR they unsubscribed from the email and that is why they were not getting the club special emails. Please let us know if this is the case and we can put you back on the mailing list. Hope that helps!
