1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

My partner and i used donor 4000 for iui, and we are expecting our first child in DEC 9th 2011. Our dreams have finally come true. So thank you donor 4000!!! We are bringing a baby girl into the world.!!!

p.s. They should have a registry for people who used 4000 if they like to, for all us who like to know.

I too had a handsome little boy by Donor 4000. I always wondered about his half siblings and it certainly refreshing to see that you ladies are what I was looking for. How are your children?
