Wait list concern

I am in a same-sex relationship. My partner has been trying to get pregnant unsuccessfully. Eight vials of later, we need to order more so I can try. However, I am now on a waiting list. We would switch donors, but we currently have two vials at our doctor's office that are in her name (same-sex couples can't transfer sperm in my doctor's office without donor consent.) We have already spent close to $4,000 in sperm alone. We can't afford to walk away from two vials.
My question is:
Why won't you give us a time frame for when sperm is released from quarantine? The "not knowing" is impacting our plan on starting a family. We can wait 0-3 months, but not 3-6 months. We really are stressed about this. Plus, no one can tell us if our donor is still active. Therefore, we don't know if waiting for the quarantine specimens is worth it. We would like our children to have the same donor.

We do understand the frustration of the wait list and not knowing when or even if vials will be released from a particular donor. Fairfax Cryobank does everything possible to help speed up this wait period for our clients.
