2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

    A bit off topic, but I have 3 IUI vials from Donor 4174 if anyone needs them? I overbought a little, but still hoping for a BFP....I think he's a very handsome and intelligent donor by the way!

    Mimijunior--did it work out? We have a seven month old son via donor 4034.

    I also have a beautiful toddler boy who is turning two in a few months from donor 4174; I keep getting asked if he does modeling, lol. He is the sweetest, most even-tempered little boy. I am so lucky when I look at some others his age; I love him with all my heart!

    Hello. My partner and I have a beautiful baby girl (turning one this week!) from donor 4174 and are in the process of trying for a sibling. We have been on the wait list and bought vials at every possibility, but we were shocked and saddened when this donor became inactive and sold out without any notice. We are looking to purchase ANY additional IUI vials. If anyone has any vials they are willing to sell, please let me know. We really appreciate your consideration!

    Does anyone have extra vials stored at Fairfax for donor 4174 that they are willing to sell? I have a limited number and my RE suggests that I will need additional vials for future IVF cycles. I can accept IUI, ICI, or IVF. Thank you so much, and feel free to reach out to me by this thread or through private message.

    Also, if any other folks out there have had positive or challenging experiences, pregnancies, births or children with donor 4174, I would very much appreciate hearing from you! Thanks!
