1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

I am loving the stats on this guy, his physical appearance is desirable for our family.... But, he is unavailable and the waiting list is too long. Does anybody have any vials they are willing to part with? Additionally, if you are somebody who has ordered or considered him, I am wondering if you know of any other donors who fit his general description.... I am looking for med/dark skin, with hazel, green, or blue eyes. Thanks!
