Selling Vials I Purchased (Discount!) - Donor 2994

Hello... I purchased 4 IUI vials several weeks ago and, unfortunately, have decided not to have a baby. Since the vials left the Fairfax facility, I cannot return them. They are being housed at a urological storage facility near me... they have not been used. They went straight from Fairfax to the storage facility.
From what I found in my research, the donor looks wonderful. I was so excited about him and I hope someone else can benefit from his donation. He was previously selected as donor of the month in February, and he is part of the Fairfax ID Options program (your child can find out his identity when he/she turns 18). Please let me know if you're interested. It would be a "transfer of ownership" through Fairfax. Thank you!
4 IUI Vials
What I paid: $2,875
My offer: $2,000/reasonable offer

Childhood photo ($5)
Silhouette ($23)
Kiersey Donor Report ($20)

Fairfax Cryobank does allow transfer of ownerships of donor semen samples that have been stored off-site if the vial(s) are first returned to the Cryobank. Once the vial(s) are transferred back to the Cryobank, they will go into storage under the current owners name. The current owner would sign and have notarized the form FFX Transfer of Ownership of Stored Donor Specimens. The recipient of the transferred donor specimens will have to complete the form FFX Recipient’s Acceptance of Ownership of Stored Donor Specimens as well as Storage and Billing paperwork.
All of the aforementioned paperwork will be sent to both parties and all forms will need to be sent back to the Cryobank together. So, one client will need to send their forms to the other client to be returned in one package back to the Cryobank for processing.
Anyone interested in participating in a transfer of ownership can call the Cryobank for additional details/discussion at 800-338-8407. -
Hi, I have been looking at this donor for quite some time now. I did not think I needed to order just yet since I had planned on storing it for a year or so... and now there are no IUI samples available. Is there any way to tell that the samples have not been tampered with? An unbroken label/packaging or anything? I'm sure you're a trustworthy person, I just don't want any "surprises" if the samples result in a successful pregnancy, haha. Thanks!

Hello! I have vials of Donor 4004 for sale that did NOT leave the Cryobank. I am selling because I have my beautiful daughter now and I won't be needing them. If I was a millionaire I'd keep them but unfortunatley i'm not! He is a great donor and my daughter is healthy, smart and gorgeous!
