Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Hello, I was just wondering if there is anybody who is using or has used Donor 2980 ? We begin IVF using him in only a couple of weeks, I would love to see some of his children, or hear of other's going through the same process. I used this donor for an IVF cycle in April 2012 and now have an amazing beautiful daughter. I hope you had success with your cycle too. Please feel free to contact me with questions, or to discuss your experience and to share information regarding any children born from this donor.
I'm currently using this donor. Anyone had any recent success? I'm a little concerned bc the counts are only about 10 mill. Is that low?
