Donor 2875 has odd dimensions for his 6'4" height- please advise

Hi there,
My partner and I are considering using donor 2875. He fits most of what we are looking for, however we are concerned by his irregular dimensions. He is listed at 6'4" 215, yet his inseam is 26, neck is 14, shoe is 9.5, and waist 28....
Does this seem right? Does anyone know if they provide their own measurements? Or does Fairfax do it for them?
Any info is appreciated.

Chest: 40"
Inseam: 35"
Waist: 33.5"
Sleeve: 32"
