2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

New York Clinic - CNY Fertility Center

Hey Gals,
Well, i just got my 5th BFN. I've decided to move on to IVF, but can't afford it in my state so I've been looking at other states that provide low cost IVF. I found a clinic in New York that seems to be a great clinic for about a third of the price here in Arizona. I was curious if any of you East Coast ladies have been or go to this clinic? Looking at patient reviews they seem to have a good reputation, no legal actions and work with patients from all over.
If anyone has information on CNY Fertility Center or Dr Robert Kiltz, I would appreciate your thoughts!
