My GF and I are just starting the process and are going in at the end of the month for our first try. We are using donor #2887 and I just wanted to know if there was anyone else out there with children from this donor?

There's a thread that says he's got 1-5 confirmed pregnancies.

We used 2887 for back to back IUI's in March and I am now 20 weeks pregnant. We have an ultrasound scheduled this week and will hopefully find out the baby's gender.

So we go in this week. Fingers crossed that it takes. Our wedding is next month along with next ovulation if it does not take so hoefully it takes this time.

We were fortunate and got pregnant on the first try. The ultrasound shows that the baby is a good, healthy-looking GIRL!! We elected not to do an amnio. I am due at the end of November, and I am scheduled to have another ultrasound in Sept.

My partner and I had a healthy baby girl from donor 2887 August 1st 2012. I was lucky and conceived on our first try with back to back inseminations through a natural cycle using the unwashed sperm. We are planning on attempting for another in 2014. Fingers crossed we will be just as blessed the second go at it. Congrats to all of our daughters half sibling parents out there and expecting.

I have a girl born July 21, 2012 on the first attempt with IUI. He is out of the system so he will no longer be donating and he has 20+ reported pregnancies. Of course, that does not mean 20+ success stories. I have gathered 11 success stories here on this forum.

Second IUI yesterday and hoping for better luck this month. This 2ww sucks! Congrats kygdu!! Your baby boy is gorgeous!!!

Update: We got a BFP with a HPT 2 days after AF was due and we go into the clinic tomorrow to have blood work done to confirm the result. We're so thrilled!!

We have one vial of Canadian Compliant 2887 left and it's in storage at the OFC. We purchased 3 and got our BFP on our 2nd vial. During our 12week NT scan it was discovered that the embryo stopped developing at approximately 8wk4d - It's called a missed miscarriage MMS.

I want to break-even funds-wise and transfer this vial to one of you women who want a sibling. This donor is anonymous and is no longer active.

Please contact me if you're interested - I'm not sure about the logistics and legalities myself but I'm sure we can be facilitated by either Outreach/Fairfax or OFC.
