My donor is no longer available as he has reached his pg limits. However, there is someone who is willing to transfer her vials to me. I have received mixed answers to the question as to whether fairfax will let her do this. My dr office was told yes. However, she was told fairfax could ship the samples to my drs office in her name and the dr would need to have papers for us to sign.

Because it sounds like this donor has reached his pregnancy limits, you will need to contact client services at 1-800-338-8407 for specific instructions on the transfer. The guidelines are more complicated if a donor has restricted distribution and that might be why you are getting inconsistent answers.
