Donor# 2551 extra Vials

We have unused vials of ICI- Donor # 2551 additional information regarding this donor is available on the Fairfax website. This donor is inactive, Fairfax has no vials for him, and when we contacted Fairfax they said this donor said he will not be doing anymore donations. The vials are in storage at our fertility office and we are willing to do a transfer of ownership.
