notification of specials after order already placed!

so is it just a coincidence every single time after i place an order, i get emails regarding a special, after i have already placed my order? this is the third time i have placed an order and afterwards i get an email about a special. i ordered a childhood photo couple months back, and the next day i got an email about free childhood photos til a certain date. twice, ive ordered sperm, and afterwards i get emails that there is a "20% off" of sperm. so none of those times have i been able to enjoy those specials! no specials were posted on the site. seems like fairfax would post notices like this ahead of time. e

Fairfax Cryobank frequently has specials for our clients to enjoy. We do post our specials on our website at http://www.fairfaxcryobank.com/whatsnew.shtml. We also announce them in our monthly e-news which you can sign up for on the Specials page. I also post specials on this forum site as well, but the most up to date information is found on our website.
If your order was placed 5 business days prior to a special notification, Fairfax Cryobank will be able to honor a credit for a future order. You will need to contact client services at 1-800-338-8407 and they will help you get the credit on your account. It's just a coincidence, because I happened to check my e mail the day I ordered and was able to get 10% off my order just by chance! Total awesome deal of it happens to fall on the days you need to order!
