I've been trying to send a private message and it appears to send but when I check the sent folder, the newly sent messages are not in there. I waited a day and checked again. still not showing so I don't know if I'm sending someone multiple messages or none at all. I have sent messages in a year and the function used to work but doesn't appear to now. Any ideas?

    Yes, your messages are being sent. But if you would like to have a saved copy of that message in your sent folder, you will have to check a box just prior to sending your message. After composing the private message, scoll just below the "Submit Message" button and you will see a box called Additional Options. Click the second box "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder" and then submit your private message.

    Please let me know if this does not solve your problem. I will also look into having an automatic feature to store these sent messages as in the previous forum style so you wouldn't have to check that box every time.
