1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Hello, Ladies.
My husband and I absolutely love reading all your posts and looking at the pictures you post of your beautiful babies. It keeps us feeling positive as we embark on this roller coaster journey of trying to start our own family.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had 2 ICI vials of Donor 4174 or 4194 that they wouldn't mind selling?
