Has anyone had success with donor 4520? So far I am 0 fo 2 with him on IUI, and wasn't sure if women switched donors after a couple of failed IUIs or just stick it out with the same donor.

Not sure about your exact donor but I'm 0 for 2 iui on mine also and he had reported pregnancies! There's a waitlist now and we had to choose a new donor this cycle. I would've given the first donor another try or two though! Good luck!

I don't know anything about the donor. I have a son and used donor 2754. If you aren't happy with the numbers associated with the donor than switch. Just know that it can take 4-6 tries before you are successful. 2754 was my second choice but only becuase the first choice was no longer active after two months. Turns out 2754 was supposed to be my baby's donor. You have to make the best choice for you. If you think you should switch then go for it. If you want to stick with this donor than stick with it. 2 times is not a lot of tries. I know it feels like it but the success rate for iui is the same as couples having sex a 25% chance.
