Anyone had this before? I'm told to stop my meds and wait for it to pass or have a dnc next week.

I'm so sorry. I had the same thing with my first pregnancy. Sac but no heartbeat. Very sad but just not a viable pregnancy.

I scheduled a DNC but had a quick business trip before that. I miscarried in Santiago, Chile before the DNC. It was like the worst cramps I've ever had. I was as white as a ghost and in a lot of pain - emotional and physical. But I did not need to go to the doctor for anything. I bleed like a very heavy period for about 7-8 days. Towards the end of that period I had an ultrasound to make sure everything had passed and I didn't need a DNC. I then had to wait another full cycle before I could try again.

Honestly am I gonna have a mess In my pants cause I have to go to work . Will I scream with the pain? I can't avoid work?

You will need to use pads and need to change it frequently. You will be in pain. I tried to be in a meeting but ended up almost fainting. I ended up in bed for two days.

I just saw your post. I'm confused....maybe I missed something along the way? Did your beta numbers ever go up past 2000? Was this your first ultrasound at 6 weeks 6 days? Just curious because I've seen posts on other sites where the person waited another week or so to make sure that implantation didn't take place later than calculated. I'm sorry that you're going through this difficult time and really hope that you have the support of friends/family right now. Remember you're not on this journey by yourself.

It was a timed pregnancy and the #s weren't as good as they wanted both u/s were empty sacs so I had d&c this past Tuesday. Ill try again when I get the go ahead from the doc
